Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Registrant Cancellation: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start date will receive a full refund minus any processing fees. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are refunded only at the owner's discretion.

• Clinic Cancellation: If the Clinic is cancelled due to low enrollment, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances, Registrants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer registration to a future clinic.

• No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, late arrivals, or early departures.

Team Store, Jerseys, and Apparel

The Team Store is independently operated by Squad Locker, and all Apparel purchases are through vendors. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations are subject to vendor terms and conditions, not Raptors Hockey Club. The buyer should review relevant policies prior to initiating any purchase through linked or otherwise communicated vendors.
